Great
news! We've recently made big improvements
to the client area of our website. Here are some of the
improvements that we're sure our clients will find helpful:
Batch
Download Functionality
The most exciting new feature is the batch download feature.
In the past, photos had to be downloaded individually
which could be time consuming for larger projects. Now
all of your photos from any given project can be downloaded
all at once.
The new download
process is very similar to shopping online. Simply select
the images (or entire project folders) that you would
like to download and add them to your download cart. Once
added, all the contents of your cart can be downloaded
to your computer with one click via a ZIP file. It doesn't
get much easier than that!
Adobe
Photoshop (PSD) and Flash (SWF) Compatibility
In the past our system wasn't able to deliver PSD and
SWF files properly, so they had to be delivered separately
through email or some other external method. Now these
files can be included inside your gallery for easy access.
Enhanced
Speed and Reliability
Our new system runs on the latest hardware and software.
This means you will have faster access times, increased
reliability, near 100% availability, and fewer glitches.
You'll
need to have your new
password handy.

you are an existing client, check your email for new
username and password information which has been sent
to the email address we have on file. The email was
sent on 5/2/2008 and is entitled "Your
ProductPhotography.com Account". You'll
need this information to log into the new system.

If
you are an associate of one of our clients, and that
client has previously provided login information to
you so that you may gain access to the system, please
contact that client for the new login information. Again,
